RiseX was a company that we have previously worked before. They were a team comprised of individuals who wanted to share their knowledge with agency owners and provide them with the latest techniques and strategies that would boost their growth in a short period of time.

The event we hosted with RiseX previously was already a massive success, in the private beachfront mansion located in the luxurious neighborhood of Tulum, Mexico. The attendees were able to experience and enjoy their own private rooms, a private pool, a tennis court, a private beach, and more.

Members of their community were eagerly waiting for their next event because of how much they loved the first one in Mexico. Apart from being able to learn the most effective strategies in growing their agency, what stuck with them most was the experience they had of being able to not only be surrounded by high-level individuals but also have the space to enjoy their time in a foreign country and not have to only think about work.

Now, they had to figure out a way to top their previous event because settling for less was not going to be an option for them at this point. They knew that the information they had to teach their community was ready and perfected for presentation, they just needed everything else that makes an event memorable.

Here comes KLEVR to swoop in and save the day.

Since the previous event was hosted in Mexico, it was a no-brainer that the following event would need to be in a foreign country once again. The reason is that foreign countries always provide a different and more unique experience than what the comfort of your own home can provide. And here at KLEVR, we’re all about experiences.

We wanted to ensure that the travel was not going to be something people would dread, so we looked at the best possible options that are close by and we settled with Costa Rica. And in true KLEVR fashion, we managed to secure a private mountain-top palace in the heart of the Costa Rican jungle.

This venue, without exaggeration, was out of this world. It had 3 different sections that provided accommodation to over 100 individuals, it had a basketball court-sized amphitheater, an infinity pool located at the highest point of the vicinity, a restaurant, a gym, a yoga studio, and its own secluded and isolated private beach. It was quite possibly the most breathtaking venue we’ve had the pleasure of hosting an event in.

With the venue confirmed, we got straight to work. We secured a massive LED screen that would make it easy for the 100 attendees to read the contents of the presentation from afar, prepared only the best and most delicious meals from a 5-star chef, and prepared several excursion activities that the attendees could enjoy during their stay. All of these activities were not just for fun, but to engage in conversation, build relationships, and provide each individual an opportunity to just be themselves and enjoy.

Summing it all up, the event concluded as a massive success. Every attendee had the time of their lives feeling like complete kings and queens from the venue, the food, the activities, and the services provided by the staff. This event set the bar so high that the attendees are already expecting the next event to be even better and packed with several more activities that focus on growth and community building.
